We even have an Office of 校园的多样性 & 包容 (CDI) to ensure that these values are incorporated throughout student life.
Ultimately, though, it’s the Redlands family’s many differences that unite us. We 所有 bring our unique experiences and perspectives with us everywhere from the classroom to the cafeteria. Sharing them openly and respectfully isn’t just encour年龄d—it’s a part of our daily life.
校园的多样性 and 包容 (CDI) serves as a catalyst to the campus community on matters related to diversity, multicultural programming, cultural pluralism, including expanding the notion of diversity and multiculturalism beyond race, 性别, sexual orientation.
CDI works collaboratively with many individuals, 部门, offices to create a campus where diversity is welcomed and celebrated. 校园的多样性 and 包容 oversees the Multicultural Center, 骄傲的中心, Gender Justice Center.
CDI also works with Native Student 项目 (规划的) to honor Native Nations and address educational access and persistence barriers faced by Native 学生 on and off-campus.
